東京女子大学卒。エスクァイアマガジンジャパン編集部、バカルディジャパン広報で編集、PRの実務を経験。 独立後、外務省での広報外交専門員を経て、飲食・ライフスタイルの分野でライター、PRコンサルタントとして活動。 オリオンビール広報室立ち上げや、洋酒のPRを行うほか、お酒やノンアルコール文化についてのイベント登壇を行う。 日本テキーラ協会テキーラ・マエストロ、日本ラム協会ラムコンシェルジュ。 2022年4月～日本酒造組合中央会のアドバイザー。

Graduated from Tokyo Woman’s Christian University.
Gained hands-on experience in editing and public relations at Esquire Magazine Japan and Bacardi Japan.
After becoming independent, served as a Public Diplomacy Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before establishing a career as a writer and PR consultant in the food, beverage, and lifestyle sectors.
Certified as a Tequila Maestro by the Japan Tequila Association and a Rum Concierge by the Japan Rum Association.
Since April 2022, serving as an advisor to the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association.
